Pat Finucane's family lose appeal over murder inquiry

Belfast's Court of Appeal has upheld the decision of the British government to not hold a public inquiry into the 1989 murder of solicitor Pat Finucane.
The family of Derry teenager, Paul Whitters (15), killed by a plastic bullet fired by the RUC more than 35 years ago have issued a new appeal for witnesses.
